The position of women in Serbia has seen improvement in recent decades, but there are still significant challenges. Although the legal framework is aligned with international standards and guarantees equality, in practice women often face discrimination, gender-based violence and inequalities in the labor market.
The goal of the "Eco Chance" project was to develop innovative models for the employment of young people from vulnerable groups in the agricultural sector in Pirot with the involvement of the civil, private and public sectors.

Povodom Međunarodnog dana ljudskih prava, u okviru Globalne kampanje „16 dana aktivizma u borbi protiv rodno zasnovanog nasilja“ Centar za podršku lokalnoj zajednici Mome organizovao je u Klubu solidarnih žena interaktivnu radionicu za mlade.
U Klubu solidarnih žena održana je radionica „Snaga različitosti – priče koje menjaju stavove“, namenjena pirotskim srednjoškolkama povodom Međunarodnog dana osoba sa invaliditetom i Globalne kampanje 16 dana aktivizma u borbi protiv rodno zasnovanog nasilja. Učenice Еkonomske škole i Gimnazije Pirot razgovarale su o iskustvima i izazovima devojaka sa invaliditetom, nakon što su pogledale kratak dokumentarni film o mladoj ženi koja ruši stereotipe.
Dokumentarni film „Žene i patrijarhat: Priče sa Stare planine“, u produkciji Centra Mome, prikazan je ovog vikenda na Festivalu ženskog prijateljstva u Tutinu – jedinstvenom regionalnom okupljanju koje već više od decenije organizuje udruženje Impuls. Ove godine festival je imao i poseban povod: obeležavanje 25 godina postojanja i rada Impulsa.
